QUALITY CONTROL

JP Service Group, Inc. is fully committed to providing effective quality services for your managed properties. Effective Quality Control assures that actual work results are meeting performance standards mutually agreed upon by JP Service Group and our customers.  We have implemented the following key concepts in order to support our commitments to you.

 

  • Maintain communication with Building Management to assure quality.

  • All communications and work requests from customers are handled by JP Service Group Management immediately.

  • JP Service Group strongly believes prompt resolution of daily complaints is mandatory to maintain and enhance tenant satisfaction.

  • All members of our cleaning crews are equipped with cell phones and can be reached around the clock.


We are confident about our quality of service and our operations. We are ready for any inspection or walk-through by you and your tenants.
